1.  How does Addy Mae Ship? Turnaround time etc?

Our shipping rates are very reasonable and go thru USPS. We ship priority mail with delivery confirmation. It usually takes 2-3 days. If you require shipping thru Fed Ex or UPS please let us know and provide account number

2.  Do you ever offer free shipping?

Free Shipping on any order over $300 or sometimes  we run freeship promos

3.  What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns/Exchanges - we want you to be happy with your items so we will gladly exchange any item or refund for defective/incorrect items

4.  Is there a wholesale minimum for purchase for retailers?

Wholesale order minimum is $100 and prices are reflective after minimum is met

5.   How often do you have new products? How are they communicated?

New products are constantly added, please subscribe so that we may include you on our eblast.

6.  Do you ever run promotions for % off?

Promotions are offered throughout the year so please see eblast for current offerings

7.  Is sales tax automatically added to orders placed online?

Current tax rates apply for non wholesale customers where applicable

8.  Where are your products made and do they meet current standards for lead etc?

Our products are all made or assembled in the USA so quality is a must for us. Our products meet CPSIA regulations. 

 Please be advised some of our products contain small parts. Parents watch your children at all times and abide by guidelines when appropriate

9. If I have questions, how quick is your response time?

Please email us with any questions on items or if you require additional pictures. We are happy to oblige and try to answer immediately!

10. Does Addy Mae Creations donate for specific  events or causes?

We get so mamy requests for donations throughout the year for different functions and try to fill as many as possible but please understand if we are not able to meet every request!
